PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW CLARIFICATION TEXT
As Daveres Makina Endüstri Sarf Malzemeleri Ticaret ve Sanayi Anonim Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as Daveres), we give great importance to the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we show great sensibility to the processing and preservation of all your personal data with care and in the best possible way. With the awareness of this responsibility, we process your personal data within the framework specified below, as the Data Controller, within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter, the Law) and the relevant legislation.
Within the scope of the law, data processing refers to any operation performed on the data in matters such as data processing, obtaining, recording, storing, updating, classifying, sharing with or transferring your personal data to third parties permitted by the legislation, by fully or partially automated or non-automatic means provided that it is a part of any data recording system.

1. COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND PROCESSING PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA

2. TRANSFERRING PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is shared with courts and other public institutions due to and limited to our legal obligations. Additionally, personal data is transferred to contracted third parties in order to provide the services we undertake and to carry out the quality control of the services provided. Necessary technical and legal measures are taken to prevent violations of rights during data transfer to third parties. However, Daveres is not responsible for violations that occur in the risk space of the third party's data protection policies and the third party's responsibilities. Within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, your personal data may be shared with our business partners, suppliers, Company officials, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals, including the authorities specified below,

3. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data shared with Daveres is under the supervision and control of Daveres. In accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation in force, Daveres has undertaken the responsibility as a data controller to establish the necessary organization and to take and adapt the technical measures in order to protect the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of the information. Being aware of our obligation in this context, we conduct periodic penetration tests in accordance with international and national technical standards on data privacy, and we always update our data processing policies accordingly.

4. METHOD AND LEGAL JUSTIFICATION FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is collected and processed in all kinds of verbal, written, visual or electronic media in order to carry out all kinds of business operations in Daveres's field of activity within the legal framework for the purposes mentioned above for Daveres and his legal obligations to be fully and duly fulfilled. The legal justification for the collection of your data by these persons is the Protection of Personal Data Law No. 6698 and other legislation provisions.

5. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the law and relevant legislation, you have the following rights regarding your personal data;
Request information about whether their personal data has been processed,
If so, request information regarding the processing of their personal data,
Access and request personal health data,
Request information about the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether they are being used accordingly,
Request information about domestic or international third parties their personal data is transferred to,

6. DATA SECURITY AND RIGHT TO REFERENCE
Your personal data is meticulously protected within technical and administrative possibilities, and necessary security measures are provided at a level appropriate to possible risks, taking into account technological possibilities. Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVK Law, you may submit your request regarding the exercise of your above-mentioned rights to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. You can submit us your request, which includes the necessary information to identify you in order to exercise your above-mentioned rights, and your explanations about your right that you request to exercise from the rights specified in Article 11 of the KVK Law, by the following methods;

Our company will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires a separate cost, we will charge the cost determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
